Should there be actual damage to a box during shipping, please keep photos of the damaged packaging as well as any damages to the product and contact us at info@studiobusan.com about the incident and we will address each situation carefully to make sure that you receive proper attention. - The products are sold in the US but are they actually made in Busan, Korea? Yes, the jewelry items are all designed and made by the artist in Busan, Korea, inspired by her travels and life there. A sales partner offers them for sale in the US via this website and various arts and craft shows.
- Are these products hypoallergenic? - ear wires, studs and chains are made of either surgical steel or gold-filled wire. These are usually hypoallergenic for most people. The jewlery also makes use of polymer clay and resin as well as acrylic paint on the actual piece, so that might come in contact with skin and should be evaluated before purchase.
- Will the wires and chains tarnish? Surgical Steel and gold-filled metals are very tarnish resistant and should hold their tone a long time. Gold-filled metal contains more gold in the coating and is much more tarnish resistant than gold-plated, which can tarnish very quickly, so we elected to use this more expensive, quality product in our designs. Our goal is to provide a beautiful artistic piece that you can wear and enjoy many times without worry about tarnishing.
